Very pleased with price and quality of the item but... it doesn't come with the cables that are required to connect the blu ray player to the sound system. Or the cord (either hdmi ot YpBpR) to connect the blu ray player to the TV. So if u buy this be prepared to drop 40-80 DOLLARS on necessary cables.
Again love my system just wish it had everything in one.

Good morning, I'm from Venezuela to buy a bluray but I could not use it, does not play any type of disc. In the manual I read that depending on the region using a code, I could not locate and configure the device. If I can help I would appreciate to configure it to heart, the team is saved without being able to use. I am not very good wit electronics. So when I ordered this I went off of price as well as that I was looking for a blue ray player. I have to say I am not allways happy with the sound. We watch alot of Disney movies as I have a 2 year old at home. The voices miss the base it seems sometimes. When I watched my movie the sound was great. Even looked outside to check if it was raining when it was raining on TV. When hooking up my mp3 player and playing Les Miserables the sound was amazing. I just ordered my HDMI cable as it did not come with one but I dont mind spenind $6 for a cable. There could be worse. But even right now with the regular video cable it makes my DVDs look great. I dont have any blue rays yet at home as I didn not need them. I hope this review helps out more people but I am very satisfied with the price that I paid.
