This review is from: Curtis DVD1046 Progressive Scan Auto Load Compact DVD Player (Electronics) I bought this for my mother who doesn't have a lot of money and due to medical issues is laid up in the house. I then sent her some cheap DVDs that I burned onto writable discs as backups for her. It works great, it was easy for her to set up, and it plays all the burned discs. Nice,small size fits well in bedroom setting and I like that it's not black. Only thing I don't like is the blue LED light is obnoxiously bright. It had one odd moment where it showed the movie as a split screen but it was fixed by restarting the player. If it survives for over a year I'm a happy camper. |
