Magnavox Mwd7006 Progressive Scan DVD Player w/ Divx Tv Guardian

To Whom it may concern:

I bought a USED Magnavox DVD Player TV Guardian from Blue ray for everyone for $29.99. I would NOT buy ANY products from this company. In order for the Tv Guardian to work, you have to purchase an activation code for $29.00. The company does not tell you that, when you buy from their company. I contacted Mr. Locke from blue ray for everyone. He told me, I was responsible for knowing if there was an activation code. What kind of customer service is that??? Blaming the consumer. How can this company advertise it's products and not know about the products it's selling. There was a day in this country; if a customer bought a product and it was NOT what he purchased, the company made it right. Those days are long gone. Beware, if you buy a product from this company, You might not get what you think your buying. The company, obvious does not check out it's products before selling them. The Service was excellentn as promised and they were willing to take it back without question but I waited too long to send it back and suppose it is too late. But the DVD player was very poor manufacturing and was problematic from the get go.

This is a nice little DVD player. It could be a little smaller, but it makes up for it with how thin and sleek it is. It reads my DVDs extremely well without skips or freezes. I definitely recommend this product.
