A Piece of JUNK!,
December 12, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Philips DVP3560/F7 DVD Player with 1080p HDMI Upscaling and Multimedia DiVX (Electronics)
I bought this DVD in December of 2010. By May of 2011, it quit working. I used this machine on average around 2 times a week so it has not had heavy usage.
The company only provided 90 day warranty so there is nothing Phillips will do at this point.
I made it clear to the customer service person I will not purchase a Phillips product ever again. Furthermore, I would post my lousy experience on Amazon so others may avoid my experience.
BUY THIS FAULTY PHILLIPS DVD PLAYER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I bought this unit in Feb 2011 and the dvd drawer stopped working (will not close) in June 2011.
I believe I use this DVD player less than 10 times since I bought it in Feb 2011.
I guess I forgot to check the review on this item.
Buy this item at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't figure out how to watch old movies at their proper size. There doesn't seem to be a way to get a normal screen size. Everything is always wide screen, and so when I watch The Third Man, Joseph Cotton's head is all flattened out. Otherwise, it's a nice machine.
