I didn't buy this from amazon,but if anyone is looking for a region free dvd player,this is the one,you can actually change the region with a few easy clicks of the remote no extra hardware to buy,so if you've put off buying dvds from other countries because of your dvd ,you should get this one it's really slim and not at all bulky it fits nicely between my directv box and vcr on my dresser
