This review is from: Yamaha DVD-C961BL 5-Disc DVD-Audio/Super Audio CD Changer (Black) (Electronics) After owning and using a Yamaha 5 disc CD player for years, I decided to get this unit to replace a broken DVD player.
The picture quality is great as is the audio quality. My only real complaint is how long the unit takes to recognize what type of disc it just loaded. It can range anywhere from a few seconds to a full minute. And there does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to the delay. However, if you press and hold the ff or reverse button for a few seconds, it works as it should.
